Ready-made lamps ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Shipping is available within the United States wherever our carriers provide service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Expedited shipping applies to transit time; please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
The pictured shade is included unless otherwise stated. For a lamp-only purchase or an alternate shade color, please contact hello@noelleeileen.com before ordering.
If your lamp isn’t the right fit, please contact hello@noelleeileen.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Lamps must be returned unused and undamaged, with the shade, hardware, and original protective packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Please use tracking and insure the package for its purchase value.
After the return is received and inspected, the purchase price and applicable tax will be refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact hello@noelleeileen.com promptly. For shipping damage, include photographs of the lamp, shade, box, and packing materials, and retain all packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
Each ceramic lamp is made by hand. Variations in form, surface, and glaze are part of its character. Please review the photographs and dimensions before ordering, and feel free to contact me with questions.
